The i3+ doesn't have the same obstacle avoidance capabilities as the i7+ or any other top-rated robots that we test. It may get stuck on power cords and socks and have trouble moving between different surfaces, like carpet and hardwood.
iRobot suggests that you clear areas in which the i3+ EVO will vacuum prior to when you use it, which includes clearing out any clutter or toys it may encounter. It is also recommended to keep the dustbin and filters clean to prevent them from getting blocked. When the i3+ EVO’s internal bin is empty or the battery is depleted, it returns to the docking station and automatically emptys the dirt into the docking station's external dustbin. It then continues cleaning from where it started. Battery life is about an hour-and-a-half of continuous usage. It takes about three hours to fully charge.
2. Roomba by iRobot
The iRobot i7+ is an excellent model from iRobot's flagship line and comes with the latest technology. It's self-charging, self-navigating, and the most crucial feature of all -- it has an auto-emptying dustbin, which eliminates one of the most important sources of maintenance for any robot vacuum.

In our testing the i7+ performed faster and more maneuverable than our second-placed model, the eufy RoboVac G30, and it picked up large pieces of pet hair from all surface types including carpeting. We were also impressed with the i7+’s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We utilized these services to instruct the robot to start or stop cleaning sessions, as well as to move around the room and to vacuum a particular area.
